It's 35 days out, been dieting for 25 days already. See some results on my body, at least it look harder now. It's been a very tough journey for me. Been through many hard time. I have give it my best, I just hope that my hard work will pay off.
First of all, I shall talk about dieting, it wasn't as easy as what many people always think, some comment like, "Just eat only lah" . To be honest it wasn't as easy as what it is, eating clean everyday is no joke, everything seem tasteless without salt, soya sauce, oil and seasoning you may be able to eat it for 1 or 2 meal but, if you are asked to eat it for weeks or months then you will start to understand the meaning of food deprivation. Haha. Moreover, you gonna resist the craving of the delicious foods that people around you are eating. Many ask me, what give me the motivation to do all this, " to prove something?", "pride?". I would say all. I want to know where i stay since I have been training for quite period of time, time to go up there and show what I have before I serve NS. And It has always been a dream for me to compete since 2008 where that is my first time watching a show of my fellow secondary school mate, "Lex Tan Xue Ming", at that moment I tell myself I want to be just like him, and I love this sport.
During this dieting period I seem pretty moody sometime, because of some personal problems, I am really lucky to have 2 brother like Lee Jun Long, and Lee Zhi Hua, always there when i need help. Really thankful to them. I'm so lucky to have them in my life, even a thousand of "thanks" couldn't repay them.
And I gonna thanks those that kick me when I was down, this is the time to prove them wrong.
Alright it's time for bed, tomorrow gonna wake up early to train, cook, eat, cardio and sleep.

It's exactly 60 days out.
Wake up in early morning to prepare my foods. 800g of chickens breast, 150g of brown rice.
9pm, did my cardio for the day and a light training on abs.
I won't give up. I will do, I CAN do it, I MUST do it!
Having my first meal, shake and oat while posting this.
Training later gonna rest now.

It's been so long since I last update.
Have been very busy with school work and training. And once again here comes exam. Stress are coming. And right after exam it's internship. Kinda life is way too fast, I can't even have time to rest. Many things happen to me during few months ago. Hope that it turn out well and nothing will happen.
Oh yah, here my latest update of my body. Hais.. I realise my genetic wasn't really that good. Thick waistline and small arms I have. I'm not giving up. Fighting hard against my genetic! Clean bulking really hard this few months with hard carb and protein. Really fats now. HAHA. No more abs. Hope everythings gonna be fine.

First week of school come to the end. Really fast!
So fast that make me really scare. Few more weeks to common test, exam stress is coming, and I somehow lost that motivation to study. First week is totally "BULLSHIT" when comes to study, never even pay attention in class, seem so boring everytime when teacher start teaching.
What's wrong with me ?!
However in gym wise, I seem totally different! Is this what we called "gain something and lost something?" Everytime school start gym become so active! Thanks to my classmates.
Life is the hardest book/formula that u can ever learn, and I need to learn how to balance my life well.
Work, study, gym, friends, family, games etc etc.
Next week when school reopen I shall pay more attention to class. :) I must maintain my GPA.
I wanna get to uni one day. Because my grandma hope to see me there with my "square cap" .

I miss ya Ah ma.

HE IS THE MAN!

A well-deserved CHAMPION!
I respect this guy with all my heart.
He have been placed behind Ronnie Coleman for many years, and he did not just give up instead he work extra harder and beat Ronnie Coleman on 2006 olympia. However on 2008, Dexter Jackson take away the tittle from him. And this year as u can see he work really hard, came in, in his best shape and take back his tittle, no one in bodybuilding ever did that, even King Ronnie. He created history!
Remember his name " JAY CUTLER ".
